Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click 'Get Started' on the homepage and sign up with your email. No credit card required. Your account will be ready in seconds, and we'll automatically create a payment wallet for you.
Do I need any technical skills?
Not at all. You can generate payment links with one click from your dashboard. If you want to embed checkout on your website, we provide simple copy-paste code.
What information do I need to provide?
Just your email to get started. We don't require extensive documentation upfront. You can start accepting payments immediately after signup.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You only pay when you receive payments (5% seller fee per transaction).
Payments & Checkout
What payment methods do my customers have?
Customers can pay with credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and ACH bank transfers. They use a standard checkout form — no crypto knowledge required.
Do my customers need a crypto wallet?
No. Your customers pay with regular payment methods. They never see or interact with crypto. The checkout looks like any other online payment.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in USD. The funds are in USDC and deposited to your wallet.
Is there a minimum or maximum transaction amount?
Minimum transaction is $1. There's no maximum, but large transactions may require additional verification for security.
Can customers pay internationally?
Yes. We accept cards from most countries. International customers pay in USD equivalent.
%Fees & Pricing
What are the fees?
We charge a 10% total fee, split between the buyer (5%) and seller (5%). For example, on a $100 sale: buyer pays $105, you receive $95. No monthly fees, no setup costs.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The 5% seller fee is all you pay. No monthly subscriptions, no per-transaction minimums, no gateway fees.
Why is the fee higher than Stripe/PayPal?
We serve merchants that traditional processors won't touch. Our fee reflects the higher risk we accept, plus you get benefits they can't offer: no chargebacks, instant settlement, and no account freezes.
Do you offer volume discounts?

Payouts & Withdrawals
How fast do I receive funds?
Funds settle in seconds, not days. Once a payment is confirmed on Base, USDC is in your wallet almost instantly.
What is Base?
We use fast blockchain technology for fast payments. It's an Ethereum Layer 2 with the security of Ethereum but much lower fees.
How do I withdraw to my bank account?
Go to Dashboard → Payouts. You can withdraw USDC to any wallet or convert to USD via your exchange. Direct bank withdrawals are coming soon.
Can I keep funds as crypto?
Yes. Your funds are in USDC. You can hold them, transfer to another wallet, or swap to other cryptocurrencies.
What blockchain are funds on?
We use Base, an Ethereum Layer 2 for fast payments. It's fast, low-cost, and secure. Payments are in USDC.
Security & Chargebacks
Can I get chargebacks?
No. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain, it's final and irreversible. This is one of the main benefits — no more losing money to chargeback fraud.
What if a customer disputes a charge?
Since payments settle on-chain, traditional chargebacks don't apply. If there's a legitimate issue, you can choose to refund the customer voluntarily from your dashboard.
How do refunds work?
You can issue refunds manually from your dashboard. The refund is sent from your wallet back to the customer. We recommend only refunding to verified customers.
Is my wallet secure?
Yes. We generate a unique wallet for each merchant. Private keys are encrypted and stored securely. You can also connect your own external wallet if preferred.
Can my account be frozen?
We don't freeze accounts without serious cause (fraud, illegal activity). Unlike traditional processors, we won't shut you down for being in a 'high-risk' category.
Account & Legal
What businesses can use PepPay?
We're built for merchants in industries that traditional processors reject: supplements, nutraceuticals, CBD, adult content, digital goods, coaching, and more. If you're not sure, sign up and try it.
What businesses are NOT allowed?
We don't support illegal goods/services, weapons, drugs (except legal CBD), stolen goods, or anything that violates our Terms of Service. See our AML Policy for details.
Is PepPay legal?
Yes. We operate as a payment processor and comply with applicable regulations. We're registered as a money services business and follow AML/KYC requirements.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Basic accounts can start immediately. For higher volumes or withdrawals, we may require identity verification to comply with regulations.
How do I delete my account?
Email peppayhelp@gmail.com with your account email and we'll process your deletion request. Make sure to withdraw any remaining funds first.
Troubleshooting
A payment is stuck on 'pending'
Payments typically confirm within a few minutes. If stuck longer, the customer's bank may have declined the charge. They should try again or use a different payment method.
Customer says they paid but I don't see it
Check your Dashboard → Transactions. If it's not there, the payment may have failed on the card processor side. Ask the customer to check if they were charged and try again.
I can't log into my account
Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. If you still can't access your account, email peppayhelp@gmail.com with your account email.
My payment link isn't working
Make sure you're using the full URL. If embedding on a website, check that the code is pasted correctly. Test in an incognito window to rule out browser cache issues.
Where can I see my wallet address?
Go to Dashboard. Your payment address is displayed at the top. You can copy it or view it on the blockchain explorer.
