PepPay AI — Secure Payment Processing for High-Risk Merchants

1. Introduction

Welcome to PepPay LLC d/b/a PepPayAI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our secure payment processing services, website, and related technologies. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be located in a jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited
Not be on any government sanctions list (OFAC, UN, EU)
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Description of Services

PepPayAI provides non-custodial secure payment processing services using blockchain technology. Funds are held in decentralized smart contracts on the Base blockchain until release conditions are met. We facilitate USDC stablecoin payments between buyers and merchants.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Important: PepPayAI does not take custody of user funds. All transactions occur through self-executing smart contracts. Users maintain control of their own wallets and private keys. We cannot access your funds, reverse transactions, or recover lost wallet access.

5. Fees

Transaction Fee: 5% of each transaction. Fees are automatically deducted when funds are released from the smart contract. Blockchain gas fees are separate and paid by the user initiating the transaction.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for:

Money laundering or terrorist financing
Fraud or deceptive practices
Sale of illegal goods or services
Sanctions evasion
Any activity that violates applicable law

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPPAYAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
